A license plate number “?JZ9999,” a lucky number in China, was bought by a bidder at the record price of 605,000 yuan during an auction in Taizhou City, east China’s Zhejiang Province on March 29. The revenue of this auction will be used to establish a social savings fund for traffic accidents and to construct traffic safety facilities.
