Reg Plate News – NTR Jr bags fancy number plate

Actor Junior NTR has bagged a fancy number for his car.  In an auction held by the transport department, he bid the highest prize for ‘9999,’ buying it for a price of Rs. 5 lakhs.  He will use the number for his flamboyant BWM car.
The actor, who is soon to tie the knot in this year, is said to have bagged it at a high cost, precisely because 9 is one lucky number his grandfather, the legendary NTR, was said to be in love with.
Also, NTR has turned a fresh leaf of life after he escaped with a major injury in the April 2009 road accident.  He has said on a couple of occasions that it was like “a new life” for him after the accident.  Adhurs’ success has only made him too happy.  In the same context, he has found his soul mate in Lakshmi Pranathi.
