Final Number Plates?

“You’ve been noticed by The Friday Flyer!” That’s a flyer a few owners of cars with personalised number plates are starting to find on cars parked in the community.
It’s been more than a decade since the first time readers responded readily to The Friday Flyer’s request to explain their number plates. A few things have changed in the community since that series appeared in 1998 and 1999, but the urge to come up with a unique combination of letters and symbols to create a word, name or phrase still makes walking through parking lots interesting.

The Friday Flyer is trying to get the series going by placing the flyers on cars, but a volunteer photographer   was way ahead of her a year and a half ago when he took pictures of plates he found interesting in the Lodge parking lot.
