Cal Ag Number Plates To Raise Money For Schools

The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) have teamed up with Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to offer drivers a new special number plate that will support the state’s agriculture industry.
The Cal Ag number plate was developed as a fund raiser for agriculture education programs, as well as a device to increase agricultural career awareness and training. Youth leadership development is also a key component of the campaign and funds will be distributed to those agriculture education programs that have a proven track record of success.
