A new number plate showing the historic 10th Street Bridge in Great Falls is for sale at the Cascade County Motor Vehicle Office and across Montana.
The bridge number plate is a rare specialty plate for Great Falls, according to Cheryl Reichert, a spokeswoman for Preservation Cascade, a group that helped save the bridge from destruction during the 1990s.
Other Great Falls specialty plates include a Great Falls High School plate and one dedicated to the University of Great Falls, Cascade County Treasurer Jess Anderson said. He added that a Lewis and Clark plate also carries a local angle, since the 19th Century explorers spent about a month in the Great Falls area in 1805.
