Theo Paphitis, star of BBC entrepreneur show Dragon’s Den, has ‘chromed’ his Maybach 62 for charity, reports Daily Mail.
The Dragon has allowed Maybach and Kent-based Raccoon Group to chrome his expensive vehicle in order to raise money for a good cause.
“In fact, it is so shiny it is creating a bit of a sensation,” said Paphitis to pr-usa.net. “It is unusual for such an exclusive luxury car to be ‘chromed’ in this way,”
The number plate, RYM4N, is to promote stationary firm Ryman, best known for office furniture and equipment. The company is selling three different types of pens for ?1, with the full ?1 going charity groups.
“I have been stunned by the number of Tweets I’ve had from people already and I am glad to say that it is for a very good cause.”
Rapper Jay-Z has claimed that the Maybach is his favourite vehicle in the collection. Punters will be shouting “I need to sell my Bentley!” in order to get their hands on one of the rapper’s favourite cars from the manufacturer.
