High Security Personalised Number Plates

High security personalised number plates project in Gurgaon and other districts, the Haryana government has tied up with a Delhi-based firm to provide logistics and manpower.

The high-security number plates will be mandatory for all types of vehicles in the state.

Announcing the decision on Tuesday, a spokesman of transport department said that the registration plates would be affixed on the vehicles at the offices of the transport registering authority. The price of registration plate of motorcycle and tractor is Rs 121.01 including all taxes, for scooters it is Rs 140 including all taxes, for three wheelers it is Rs 161.03, for light motor vehicle it is Rs 364 and for commercial vehicles it is Rs 280.
