Number plates for Volkswagen
GLIVolkswagen GLI Private and Cherished Registration Number Plates

The mark VII Volkswagen Golf GTI was unveiled at the London Motor Show in 2005. It featured a new 290 petrol engine or 140 PS TDI engine. The Mk7 golf was slightly larger than the previous model, having grown in all dimensions except height, and had a more aggressive styling, yet retained the basic shape and design of the Mk6. The GTI version underwent a minor restyling in 2008, with a new front bumper, headlamps, and grille, and the previous red ring around the fog lights was replaced with a chrome strip. In late 2009, the R32 version was launched. It featured a 3.2-litre V6 engine with 240 kW (320 PS; 317 bhp) and 330 Nm (243 lb?ft) of torque.
The Golf GTI is great car for personal number plates, due to its sporty nature owners tend to want to denote this in their registration plates, an excellent example would be "G20 GTI" or "G21 W".
Although the fastest version of the Golf GTI is the TCR model, capable of 0-60 in 5.2 seconds, the R32 model is the most expensive, with prices for number plates on these models ranging up to £3000.
