Since Roughrider license plates entered the Saskatchewan playing field six months, orders have been steady.
According to SGI 17 thousand orders have been received, turning a pretty penny for the football club. Close to $460,000 in profit has been made on the plates.
“Not only do the plates give fans another way to show their Rider Pride, they also help the team financially,” said Minister responsible for SGI Tim McMillan. After production costs and administrative fees, all net profits go to the football club.
