MOTORISTS in Limpopo will be in for a tough time as the provincial roads and transport department plans to replace current registration plates with new ones.
Motorists will have to dig deep into their pockets to pay for the new plates from early next year. This will be the fifth time vehicle number plates will be changed in the province since 1994.
Department spokesperson Callies Matlala said they have taken a decision to have the number plates changed to align them with the new coat of arms for the provincial government. – Michael Sakuneka
