He first went to Bahamas, where he received what now  appears to be a contentious award on behalf of the country. He also went  to the US to meet with IMF-World bank on the country\u2019s financial  standing.<br \/>\nShongwe has engraved his car\u2019s personalised number plate  with the spurious doctorate in divinity title without permission.
