Well, that visual could become a reality if Senate Bill 1453 (SB1453)  goes through the assembly (already passed through the state senate) and  ratified by the governor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.regplates.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/car-number-plates-but.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-713\" title=\"car-number-plates-but\" src=\"http:\/\/www.regplates.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/car-number-plates-but.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Curren Price, a state senator from Los Angeles, introduced SB1453.  This bill would allow the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to display  digital ads on car license plates whenever they want. The ads would not  be shown while the car is in motion, however, when the car is stalling  or in the park position, various ads may pop out from nowhere.
