(AP) &#8211; The public can chose  among three designs for a Western New Mexico University number plate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">All three designs include the Silver City university&#8217;s logo  and its colors, known as royalty purple and vegas gold.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">The public can vote on the designs at www.wnmu.edu\/plate  through April 16.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">The design that receives  the most votes will be chosen as the Western&#8217;s first collegiate number plate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Alumni Affairs director Arlene Schadel says the school&#8217;s have  been asking for a collegiate plate for years.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SILVER CITY, N.M.
