It received first round approval this week.<\/p>\n<p>Proponents say it would save the state money. \u00a0\u00a0 &#8220;Why is it that Missouri makes us waste all of the metal and the paint and the effort to have two number plates.\u00a0 It&#8217;s silly, doesn&#8217;t need to happen,&#8221; argues Sen.
