The scheme would be implemented in June. <\/p>\n<p>Through the high-security registration number plates, state transport department intends to make vehicle-lifting relatively more difficult. The plates would have reflectors, the numbers would be raised and there would be a hologram on the plate, which would not be easy to modify.<\/p>\n<p>Giving information, DS Jaspal, secretary, transport, said, \u201cThere is a high-level meeting scheduled for February 22, in which, representatives of UT and Haryana would participate.
