Designed by Mark Miller.<\/p>\n<p>*A view of an open road winding through the mountains, with the words, \u201cThe Road Less Traveled.\u201d Designed by Vinnie Urgo.<\/p>\n<p>Eight license plate designs were submitted by artists.
