Officials with the Carolina Recycling Association, along with other industry groups and lawmakers, worked to have the new car number plate made available to South Carolina residents. As part of the Annual South Carolina Recycling Industry Legislative Day, officials unveiled the new design Wednesday at the State House.<\/p>\n
