The traffic police have slapped a challan on the owner  of the vehicle, confiscated his driving licence, and served him a notice  to get the number written properly within 72 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Delhi Traffic Police is cracking the whip on vehicles with fancy numberplates. A number of  challans have been issued on the basis of the photographs uploaded by  people on the traffic police&#8217;s Facebook page.<\/p>\n<p>Satyender Garg,  joint commissioner, traffic, said, &#8220;A person had uploaded a picture of  this car numberplate on our Facebook page. We found it was registered in  the name of one Pradeep Rajpal from Malviya Nagar. His son, Raghav  Rajpal, used the car and had got the registration number of the car  designed in such a way that the last digits &#8216;8055&#8217; read as BOSS.
