In addition, proceeds will be used to pay for spay\/neuter surgeries for other animal welfare organizations in Indiana.<\/p>\n<p>The Pet Friendly plate costs $40, with $25 going directly to the SNAP fund.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are giddy with excitement about the release of the Pet Friendly license plate.
