Quite simply we sell many of our own stock of number plates and as we are VAT registered we must add VAT to the price. Regplates also have a huge amount of clients number plates up for sale. These are owned by private individuals and therefore VAT does not need to be added. Most of the private plates that attract VAT have this shown on the enquiry form price breakdown but if you would like to check any specific registration then please call or email us.

If you have seen a registration you have recently purchased still displayed on the Regplates.com website, please call or email us to let us know. We ask clients who sell through us to inform us if they decide no longer to advertise their registration but sometimes this information does not get passed back to us and we display an registration that is no longer available.
